Super 1 Foods App 12+

Faulty app

I have been using the app for curbside pickup for many months but now I am unable to login. I get an error message that my email address is a valid address. Yet I am receiving emails from super 1. I requested assistance to this problem but get no reply. I will shop elsewhere from now on. I am extremely disappointed.

Old app was better

The new version is definitely inferior to the previous one. For several years I’ve been using the app to make my shopping list before going to the store and then just update the list each week by checking or unchecking the items I need. The previous version had the capability to sort listed items by store department, which was very convenient. I can’t find that option in this version. This version seems to be geared more for placing online orders rather than shopping in person. I’ll just go back to using the Notes feature on my phone to keep up with my shopping list. Not pleased at all with this new version.

Ordering online

Love Super1Foods. But this is probably the hardest website to order from. It is definitely not user-friendly. Unless you know how to word the product it will not pull it up. Does not give you more than one choice in a lot of products even though there are more. Ex: Guidry’s frozen Fish it will only offer you the breaded but not the fresh fillets. John Morrell sausage doesn’t offer you the hot sausage but it is in store. Can you please make it user friendly.
