Essential Lien Waiver Automation - Super Construct saves time and effort!

Super Construct’s lien waiver automation has been a lifesaver for our project management team. Before, keeping track of lien waivers from subcontractors and general contractors across multiple projects was a constant hassle. With Super Construct, everything is automated and streamlined.As soon as a pay application is approved and payment is processed, conditional and unconditional lien waivers are automatically sent to all relevant contractors. All signed waivers are securely stored in the cloud, making them readily accessible whenever needed.One of the best parts? Contractors can’t submit a new pay application if they haven’t signed previous lien waivers, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. This feature alone has saved us so much time and effort, and I couldn’t be happier with how well it works. Super Construct truly makes lien waiver management a breeze!
