App shutting down during use

I love app with the exception that it shuts down during use. The SuperCycle words in the top left begin flashing and then it shuts down. This skews my ride data and I have restart during my ride which is not safe. It is an iPhone 13. Can you offer a fix?

Update, I can confidently state that the personalized support I have received from John has convinced me they are committed to providing a real quality app. He corrected the problem and has constantly followed up with me. A five star review now!
Thanks John!!

Awesome cycling app

Running SuperCycle on an Apple iPhone 6s using a bontrager duotrap s and a wahoo tickr x heart rate monitor. App syncs great with both sensors and runs flawlessly on my iPhone. App appears to be accurate in measured data, speed, distance, HR and elevation readings. Mapping and elevation features work well and are very nice features. App provides multiple, user-defined display screen options, nice feature. App developer is very responsive to questions and regularly updates app function and features. Overall a great cycling app.

Sounded good, does not deliver - update

Can’t get it to report speed sensor or cadence sensor. It sees them both but apparently doesn’t know what to do with the info.

Used help to figure out settings I was not able to find. Was able to get sensors to report on screen.

I like how it works, now that I figured out how to set it up.

Developer Response ,

Some data can come from multiple data sources, so be sure to select the correct data source for the widget. For example, cadence can be reported by a speed and cadence sensor, but also a power meter. If you selected the power meter, but you are using only a speed and cadence sensor, no data will be reported. There is detailed in-app help on how to connect sensors. If you still have trouble, please email support@osborntech.com, I am happy to help.
