Supperbook
Private recipes & meal plans
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Bring recipes home from links, captions, photos, and text—then review, plan, shop, and cook with local-first storage and private iCloud sync.
Supperbook is a private recipe box, meal calendar, and shopping list that keeps your kitchen plans together without a Supperbook account or subscription.
Save and edit recipes, scale servings, add cooking notes, organize favorites and folders, and find meals that fit the time you have. Plan a week or full month, then send recipe ingredients to a checkable shopping list. Plan which stores to visit, assign items to each stop, and shop aisle by aisle. Cooking mode can keep the screen awake while you work.
Your kitchen is saved locally first. On a new iPhone or iPad install, private iCloud sync starts automatically when an iCloud account is available and can copy supported recipes, plans, shopping data, and bounded recipe files between devices using the same Apple Account. Turning sync off keeps the local copy. Supperbook has no advertising, analytics, GPT dependency, or developer-operated server. Link imports use the internet only when you ask Supperbook to retrieve a public recipe page. Photo recipe scanning is processed on device. Create a backup or share a recipe collection only when you choose.
Ratings & Reviews
Supperbook’s biggest update yet introduces Today’s Table: a clearer Plan → Pantry → Shop → Cook journey that keeps tonight’s meal, what you already have, what you need to buy, and your next action connected. Recipes can now be added directly to a day, and a confirmation checklist lets you mark pantry items before sending only the missing ingredients to Shop.
Recipe importing is much more dependable. Website imports recover more ingredients, quantities, method details, oven temperatures, and cooking times. Social imports can combine a link, pasted caption, screenshot or on-device scan, and your notes while preserving the untouched original. Before saving, Supperbook shows what it found and flags missing quantities, vague steps, or incomplete heat and timing details. Local correction rules can clean up recurring import quirks.
Shopping now follows your chosen store and aisle order, with collapsible sections, faster item entry, and reliable sharing to Messages, Mail, Notes, PDF, print, or a single Apple Reminders list. Cooking mode adds clearer timing, notes, method checklists, serving controls, and Keep Awake.
Private iCloud sync is more resilient for supported kitchen data across devices using the same Apple Account, with stronger local-save recovery. The redesigned settings directory separates display, household, import, storage, and help controls. Custom household wording, app colors, Dark Mode, larger text, high contrast, reduced motion, the refreshed kitchen guide, and an improved welcome tour make Supperbook easier for the whole family to use.
