SupportPay allows single, divorced, separated, co-parents or parents who live apart an easy way to manage child support and share additional child expenses such as medical, education, child care or any other additional expenses. SupportPay is independent of any state or government system, enabling parents to manage their child support and shared child expenses directly with each other. This eliminates the need for parents to have the government involved in the finances associated with their children.
We streamline the complex process of sharing, splitting, and managing child expenses.
Parents can upload expenses and receipts, clearly demonstrating that the expense is for their child(ren). The other parent can quickly review expenses for their children and either pay or dispute the charges in the app, creating a transparent exchange of child support. Both parents now have a certified record of all child support and expenses, eliminating the financial conflicts that may occur between parents.
Parents can now focus on what matters most, raising happy, healthy children and children get the financial support they deserve, from both parents.
SupportPay is built by parents, for parents, seeking to provide a solution for a complex and conflict ridden process. The price paid for the premium service goes directly toward building & maintaining the product and adding additional functionality.
There are two versions of the product, a FREE light version providing basic functionality and a PREMIUM version that provides more advanced and increased functionality. You can learn more about the different features here: https://supportpay.com/product/pricing/. If you need to use the premium version but are unable to afford it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you.

SupportPay saved me nearly $7000 and a ton of headaches
SupportPay was a LIFE SAVER. All of a sudden 4 months ago I was contacted by the Jefferson County Child Support Office stating that I owed over $3000 in back child support and unpaid medical expenses. Unless I could show them that I had made payments they stated I would owe nearly $7000 because of interest. Ive been using SupportPay for the past 2 years to track and store all the payments that I had made to my son's mother but never really understood the value until that day. In less than 10 minutes I was able to print out a certified record from SupportPay and give them the proof they needed. The $180 I paid for a yearly subscription saved me almost $7000 plus the time and energy it would have taken to actually prove the payments were made.
SupportPay really takes care of the parents who use it
It took me a while to find a good child support app. When I found SupportPay from a search, I was a little discouraged when I noticed that the monthly amount was more than I felt I could afford. Their website promises to help all parents, so I reached out to SupportPay and asked for a discount. With no question, the support team offered to give me a premiuim subscription in return for me providing feedback on new or desired features. I get to use this awesome app and also get to help SupportPay deliver additional features I wish were in the app. It's been so great to work with a company that actually cares about their customers.
My ex and I were ordered to use Our Family Wizard several years ago. The app is horrific for communication but even WORSE for managing expenses. Then I found SupportPay. It works. It's easy. And you could tell that it takes care of all the complexity of managing child support and sharing expenses - something it is clear Our Family Wizard does not understand. I finally went back to my lawyer and asked if we could use SupportPay for expenses, payments and child support and my ex agreed it was a much better app. I'll never use Our Family Wizard again. SupportPay is great and now my lawyer is referring all their clients to it. Highly recommended
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
