Performance disappointment
Has nice features at first glance. Once you go thru the hassle of signing up, binding your bike, and registering the app I naturally was excited to see how I could modify the bike to my liking or preferences.
Once you realize they have zero adjustment of the bikes performance or zero ability for modifications for tuning options for anything…..you have to ask yourself: What’s the point Surron?
Make your modes (eco, D, Sport) adjustable at the minimum, come on!
Totally useless App because it won’t “bind”
I input all the required information: VIN, S/N, Model and country. After I do this, I press the “Bind” button but it will not connect to the bike. I checked the Bluetooth settings, everything seems ok from my end but the App will not “Bind” to my SURRON. It’s quite disappointing. Please contact me with advice. Thank you, -Gabriel
The app is updated to the most recent version available and will not connect to the bike.
No matter what I have tried to do from disconnecting and re binding the Bluetooth to resetting my account. I’ve tried everything and I cannot get the app to even connect to the bike.
