Does anybody that works in these apps actually try to use them?
Terrible. More than enough time has passed at this point that the screen shouldn’t be freezing when you want to do something as simple as drag around the screen. And the process to highlight a reserve block is terrible when the original way to do it on the good 3rd party app worked perfectly.
Literally Useless
Beyond appalling in its difficulty to use. Especially insulting as this is our primary tool to access CWA on mobile devices that utilize multi-touch, which has been around for 15 years now. The fact that SWA management and IT cannot seem to handle this basic tenant of modern technology just proves the complete lack of competence they posess. Truly laughable half-hearted attempt.
Logged out
Constantly logged out of app. Fix this awful app. New issue 11/23. Any time I trade a trip I get a blank screen interfering with transaction. Trips and greyed out randomly and can’t put them in open time.
