Swallow Macros is a calm, fast calorie and macro tracker built for the UK.
Log what you eat in seconds. Search the food list, scan a barcode or ask Siri: say "Log food in Swallow", then say what you ate.
Swallow shows you the day as it stands: calories left, protein, carbs, fat and what you have eaten at each meal. Nothing turns red. Nothing tells you off. The numbers are facts, and what you do with them is yours.
Free, with no time limit

Ask the Expert
The Expert answers questions about what you have logged. On phones that can run it, it works on the device. On phones that cannot, and only if you agree to it, your question goes to our server for an answer. Seven replies are free. After that the Expert is part of Pro.
Where the numbers come from
The food list is built from CoFID 2021 and USDA FoodData Central. Packaged products are looked up in Open Food Facts. Every food names its source and the licences are in Settings.
Your data
Swallow keeps your diary on your iPhone and your Apple Watch. There is no account and nothing to sign into. When you search for a food the app does not already hold, the words or the barcode go to Open Food Facts or USDA to look it up. Nothing about you goes with them.
Setup needs you to be 16 or over. Under 18s track without a calorie target.
Swallow Pro subscription
Monthly: £2.99 a month.
Annual: £24.99 a year, with Family Sharing.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is bought.
