SweepNote
Cleaning photos & PDF reports
Free · In‑App Purchases
Document every cleaning job, room by room. Collect before and after photos, record completed tasks and share a clear PDF report with your client.
SweepNote helps cleaning professionals document their work, from before and after photos to the final client report. Formerly Rapporto Pronto, it is designed for iPhone and iPad.
Create a job with a title, client and date. Add rooms, collect before and after photos, and mark tasks as done, excluded or still to do. Record any issues separately from completed work.
Preview your PDF report and share it with compatible apps or save it in Files. Reports include optional business details, checklists, images, captions and notes.
Your first job is free and stays editable and exportable. SweepNote Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited new jobs, your logo in PDFs, structure duplication and reusable templates. The total price is shown in the app. No subscription.
Jobs and images are stored on your device. Export a complete backup and restore it without Pro. No account is required. Data may be included in system backups according to your device settings.
The app uses Italian when Italian is your preferred device language, and English for all other languages. Text you enter is left unchanged.
Photos and dates document information entered by the operator. Reports are not certified evidence or expert assessments.
