Fix for some tablet devices not working.

Screen scaling improved for all device sizes. Alde and Truma heating pages now update more frequently when Master Control is busy. On Disconnect, some devices multiple popup messages occurred. Fixed. Buttons on some pages could be pressed when Bluetooth not connected or busy. Fixed.

iOS - Added specific help text to notify users to go to system settings to delete pairings after clearing pairings within the App. Heating Page - Added new Master Control Busy notification. About Page - Displays App version correctly at all times. Screen Scaling - For Larger Displays better scaling first pass more updates to come.
