Props to the designer. Very nice UI. This is a great way to get yourself started with Swift. The way of teaching is deep enough to give you a basic understanding of but concise enough to keep you entertained and challenged.

Lot Less Than Expected

At first, this app seemed like it was going to be exactly what I was looking for. It was free and I was learning. Then, after finishing the first module, I found that everything was locked unless I paid $3. OK, I paid it and continued on, only to find that there wasn’t much more. Of all that I know is needed to learn to program in Swift, this barely scratched the surface. Plus every link that is provided takes you to an unrelated marketing site. great concept, poor execution.

Then, after finishing the first module, I found that everything was locked unless I paid $3. OK, I paid it and continued on, only to find that there wasn’t much more. Of all that I know is needed to learn to program in Swift, this barely scratched the surface. Plus every link that is provided takes you to an unrelated marketing site. great concept, poor execution.

Unfortunately right after I finished the first lesson I was asked to sign up to receive a swift cheat sheet. I did so and was sent to a link that dead ended on a marketing site. After falling into that trap and continuing to the next lesson I found that everything is locked and your forced to upgrade. Seeing how I heard there wasn’t much more to it I didn’t fall for that one. It’s really unfortunate because it seemed like an awesome interactive learning tool. Bummer... really disappointed. Time to delete and unsubscribe!
