Tell SwimSet how long you have. It writes the session, sends it to your Apple Watch or Garmin, and guides you through it length by length. SwimSet puts a good swim session on your wrist. Tell it how long you have, what you want from today — endurance, speed, technique or recovery — and your pool. SwimSet writes a complete session: warm-up, main sets with send-offs, and a cool-down, sized to the length of your pool. Send it to Apple Watch or a Garmin watch, leave the phone in the locker, and swim. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your Apple Account settings. SwimSet has no account and no servers. Your swims stay on your devices. Garmin: needs a Connect IQ 5.0 watch that swims and the Garmin Connect app on iPhone. The watch app is installed from the Connect IQ Store.
