SwitchWell is designed to be your personalized + community mental wellness companion that allows you to be both a WELLNESS SEEKER and a WELLNESS PAL. The goal is to give you control over your well-being without the constraints of stigma and judgment. You can switch between the two roles (Wellness Seeker and Wellness Pal) to not only manage your well-being but also support your friends and family.
Wellness Seeker: 1) As a Wellness Seeker, take charge of your well-being journey with a secure platform that prioritizes your control, allowing you to choose your Wellness Pals i.e., Trusted Contacts. 2) Personalize your Wellness Plan with custom solutions, including setting wellness checks, seeking real-time support, accessing resources, and engaging with your chosen Wellness Pals – SwitchWell nudges your Wellness Pals when you need support. 3) Switch within the app to become a Wellness Pal to support your family and friends.
Wellness Pal: 1) As a Wellness Pal, become a trusted companion and manage your commitments effectively, supporting multiple Wellness Seekers by using evidence-based resources. 2) Provide real-time support to your Wellness Pals – SwitchWell will nudge you when they need your support. 3) Switch within the app to become a Wellness Seeker to manage your wellbeing.
