Swoop Towing 4+

Hi, I’ve used swoop for about 5 years now and have only recently had real issues with it. Every week or so I have to delete and redownload the app or else I start missing jobs. Reviewing my stats online the following day shows jobs offered but not accepted greatly exceeding the jobs I received on my phone. I DONT miss jobs offered. Yesterday I failed to receive any notification for 3 jobs! I took all 7 jobs sent to me and now it says I was sent 10! It’s killing my stats! I need you guys to fix this issue. It’s been going on for over 2 months now and no remedy. Once this issue is fixed, the app and company are perfect. Please help!!!

Way too many bugs now and it’s killing our business. Crashes on vin scanner, crashes on customer signature, doesn’t send text message tracking link to customer if you dispatch from the app, crashes when you go to take a picture, now it’s randomly crashing just when opening the app, very slow to load back up after refreshing the app or uninstalling, won’t give you any suggestions when you go to type in the vehicle information(used to do that before the update), very bad technical support and haven’t yielded any results after reporting the issues multiple times and being assured they’re “releasing a fix to it at the end of the week(last week).” Been with them for over a year, everything was fine before the most recent update, but now I’m starting to want to change to a different software. We’re literally miserable right now. iPhone 7 Plus.

This has been an easy app for us to use in our business. We’ve had no major problems with it. However, I got a new iPhone 15 and it will not allow me to take pictures. Every time I try to take a picture. It kicks me completely out of the app. I have made sure my phone is up-to-date and that the app is completely up-to-date. I have signed out and then re-signed in. I have been deleted the app and then installed it again, and still have not been able to take pictures. Anyone out there that can help you with this?

We were able to diagnosis this issue and have released a new version of the app today. Please go to the app store and download this new version, 3.86.9. This will fix the issue that you were experiencing with the new iPhone! Please let us know if you experience any other issue.
