Description
The Symbio® Service and Installation free app has all that you need to start up and service a Symbio 700 controller without a PC or other software service tool.
The app connects a Symbio 700 controller using Bluetooth BLE or Trane Connect Secure Remote Access when available.
Using the app, you can
• View the equipment status, alarms, and diagnostics
• Configure the controller to match the installed equipment options,
• View and edit setpoints and other operational parameters,
• Configure the controller to communicate to a BAS or Trane Connect for remote access
• Back up and restore controllers and update firmware from a USB drive

• Ability to update Symbio 700 license from Basic to Advanced with a file located either on a USB stick or on the phone.
• Ability to navigate to Trane Equipment support page for non-specific information.(support.trane.com)
• Trend Data - Incorrect percentage scaling datalogging issue.

New boards are here like it or not. RTRM RTEM And RTOM are gone but now we can use the app plus TU.
Thanks for nothing Trane
No available training for a new control. Trane themselves having issues. No availability on Symbio replacement boards. Zero in the United States. Over complicated junk. Bluetooth is super glitchy. Bring back the proven rtrm board
way better then reliatel flashing lights and jumps
bluetooth to the unit and use test mode, backup firmware, etc
