Take Action • Respond to hot/cold calls by adjusting setpoints, overriding equipment and occupancy. A feature of BAS Operator is it remembers the connection information for your connected devices. This is very helpful! However, when Updating to a new version, do not Un-install (or delete) the old version. Doing so will erase the device connection data.

New 2.0 version does not allow changing set points on RTU

Before version 2.0, I was able to change the set points of the RTUs we have listed under the “Equipment” page, but can no longer do this. Please add this function/feature back as it is critical for me to keep my building at the correct temperature throughout the year.

The app for the most part works. There are a few tweaks I recommend. When I select one of the space units to adjust something the screen refreshes back to the top of the list. I would like if it went back to where I left off so I don't have to scroll down the list again. I have a very large list. Another thing is I can't make any adjustments other than occupancy status and temp for space units. When I use the Tracer SC on my computer I can adjust a lot more. It would be nice to do the same with this app. Lastly I can't make any adjustments to air handlers at all from the app. I would like to have that freedom as with the Tracer SC interface.

The app is getting better with every update. Keep up the good work. Please listen to the comments below. Scheduling update is a huge step in the right direction. I would ask for notifications in some of the upcoming releases. Also the ability to enable and disable thumbwheels with a click of a check box. Keep up the good work

Where’s the “back” button?!

How is there no “back” button? Forces me to start back from top of navigation tree and loses my place. Overall app works and provides value (not being tied down to computer) but needs a major refresh to meet consumer expectations for a mobile app in the year 2023.
