Debit Card Control: Temporarily turn your card off or back on, or quickly report it lost or stolen.

Add Tags, Notes, & Images: Enhance transactions with custom tags, notes or photos of a receipt or check to stay organized and find exactly what you’re looking for when searching through your finances.
Contact: Locate ATMs or branches and contact Bank Independent Customer Service directly from the app.
SAFE AND SECURE
The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features Touch ID and Face ID login options, in addition to a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.
To use the Sync Mobile App, simply download the app, launch it, and log in with your existing Online Banking credentials. If you don't have credentials yet, tap "First time user? Enroll now". After you successfully log in to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Update made App useless!
Update: New update last night and as I suspected app worked again.
After update 5 days ago, I can no longer use the app on my iPad. I open app and it appears as there is no data. When data appears , app automatically closes! Called customer service and was basically told my iPad was too old? Can’t believe that, seeing as I have no other issues, and am able to still update Apple software updates. Very disappointed.
Amazing app (updated)
I love this app, so convenient & useful!! So well set up. I always depend on it. I look at it everyday. So very thankful for it. I would’ve gave it a 5 stars but the recent update has made it drop transactions. Plus it is saying my last transaction was in November. It’s now the end of May.
It’s been fixed within 5-6 hrs thank you. :)
I enjoy Bank independent’s service to their customers. I made a deposit today and inquired about the bank having a notary public and they do and it is free to customers.
Also, it is very convenient that you are able to transfer money from one account to another account.
