I have never written an app review before but omg as a parent this app is terrible. It is so poorly made I am surprised it’s on the App Store. I try to access my students class to see grades and the app stops responding randomly, shows blank screens, crashes. This is actually terrible and should be fixed asap. I’m so disappointed in NYC public schools even using this platform!!

The website is difficult to take attendance. I figured the app would make it easier. This app only has a blank screen after I login. I did everything from changing text size to reinstalling the app. Nothing has work.

The new attendance feature is awesome. I can take attendance straight from my phone. I can pull up any member of my school and communicate directly with parents. I love SyncGrades!
