What’s New in SynerSync • Send to — once a task has landed, Open in ClickUp (or Jira, monday.com, …) is the primary action. Sync to and Sync from sit under it. Unlink forgets every list so you can send somewhere else • Update in / Get from — write this description to the linked tool, or bring theirs back (including a renamed title). If both sides changed, you pick Keep mine or Keep theirs • Assist on the task — Format as Markdown turns pasted plain text into headings and lists; you preview, then Replace. Dimmed until there is a description; Add AI key… is always in the menu • Inbox unread — Lists shows the count; a blue dot on Lists when Inbox is closed and not on the strip • Smart lists — rearrange Inbox, Assigned, Focus, and the rest in any order. First launch pins only My List; Inbox can unpin • List details — a short row under the title shows the workspace, pin, and Archived / In Trash.
