Trustworthy Superstar
We had a delivery at Falcon’s Nest today. Your driver put freezer items in the freezer, dry storage in dry storage and so on, just like any other driver on any other day. Then he asked where to find the men’s room. I told him and off he went. A few minutes later, he walked up to me before leaving and said “I found this in the bathroom” when he handed his findings off to me, it blew my mind. He found a loaded glock .380 with one in the chamber! This would be a shock under any circumstance, but a glock has NO SAFETY!!! Furthermore many people would have left with a new unmarked gun and taken care of every dirty deed on their list... just after he turned that gun over a lady came in with her two kids, I get chills thinking of what could have happened if that little boy had found that gun. He is the hero of the day and a very trusted ally to our family at Falcon’s Nest Family Dining.

Sysco keeps my food truck outfitted with a multitude of useful items that I’m not able to source efficiently elsewhere. My Rep Rick has gone the extra mile when I contact him directly as well as suggested items that end up working perfectly with my menu. The ease of use on the app is also second to none!
Driver error or app error?
I was reading a review from 5 years ago and nothing has changed. The window delivery times jump and my personal favorite is when it says the delivery has either or arrived (like this morning) or has been delivered yet there is no truck in site. I think our drivers are great so are they hitting “arrived” when they’re at the stop before us to ensure someone is here or is there a problem with the system? Today the delivery window was 5:45-7:45 but switched to 5:55 to 6:55 so I got to the store at 6:15 knowing it takes the driver a little bit of time to unload. I arrive and get set up and at 6:10 my delivery window switched to 6:15-7:15. At 6:40, I got an “Arrived” message yet it’s 10 minutes later and no truck. 🤦🏻♀️
