t:connect uploader 12+

I just got a new computer and with the latest version of the app I can only upload from the pump. The meter will not load from the app. This is unacceptable. Newer versions are supposed to make things better, not limit functionality. Can you please give us an estimation on when we can expect this to be corrected?

Our pumps do not currently integrate with a BG meter. However, our t:connect Web App does! It allows you to quickly upload data from a supported BG meter using a standard USB connection — without disconnecting or interrupting insulin delivery. The supported BG Meters include the following:
OneTouch Verio IQ
OneTouch UltraMini**
OneTouch Ultra 2**
Accu-Chek Compact Plus
FreeStyle FreeStyle Lite
FreeStyle Freedom Lite**

Please note: **Abbott Freedom Lite is only currently supported on Windows 10 OS. LifeScan OneTouch UltraMini and Ultra 2 are currently only supported on Windows 7 OS.

On a Mac Pro 6,1 desktop Monterey the app never finds the pump via USB. The app use to work fine several version ago. (Not sure what the OS version and app version then). Trying 6 different cables, all of wich charge the pump find when it is connected to the Mac, still giveing no results. I have removed and reinstalled app twice. All with the same results. Never finds pump. Mentioning to my doctor he said most all of his patience have the same issue with the app on a mac. The Tandem rep told him to inform his patience to just use the Windows application as it is more stable than the Mac app. How unfortunate.

Zero% upload of logs, TOO OFTEN!
For example after trying 4 times last night and allowing it to run for a couple of minutes up to 15 minutes with NO change, I restarted the computer - NO change.
Then re-downloading the app again this morning, plugging into newer laptop always using Tandem's "special" USB cable (which it isn't, but it is hi thruput, bidirectional etc.) still got - NO CHANGE. Always 0% logs uploaded. !8 minutes this time before I had to get up from being physically tied to the computer for a half-hour was just not reasonable...
