Filters, smarter Upcoming, and calendar events. • Filter by project or tag: pick one from the Tasks or Calendar header to focus your list. New tasks you add start in that project or tag. • Smarter Upcoming: tasks group by day for the rest of this week, then next week, then by month. Later months start folded. You can also choose Day, Week or Month. • Add calendar events: the + on the Calendar tab now offers New Event as well as New Task. • Time blocks remind you at start: adding a time block turns on the "At start" reminder. • iPad: Unscheduled tasks are now compact rows grouped around the day you're planning, with time totals, and "Fit into free time" schedules them into the gaps. • Fixes and improvements.

Links and clearer dates for your tasks. • Location links: add a web link to a task's location, by itself or with an Apple Maps place. Tap to open it, or long-press to copy it. • Paste a link into the place field and it's saved as a link you can open. • Time blocks show their day: a task with a time block and no due date now shows that day in your list and sorts into Upcoming or Overdue. • New tasks start with no project. • A cleaner Tasks header. Search lives in its own tab. • Fixes and improvements.

More room for your tasks, and more you can attach to them. • Places: pick a place from Apple Maps suggestions and see it on a map. • People: add contacts to a task, then call, FaceTime or message them. • Subtasks: check them off right from your list. • Calendar events: tap one to see its details and edit it. • More room: the tab bar shrinks as you scroll, and sections like Upcoming and No date fold away. • Calendar: swipe to change the day, see your free time between blocks, and see tasks and events that overlap side by side. • Settings shows when iCloud last synced. • Faster swipe to delete, plus many fixes.

T2Do 1.1 makes it easier to capture tasks and plan your day. • More room to plan on iPad, with two-column Tasks and Calendar layouts. • Add, find, and complete tasks with Siri and Shortcuts. • Turn a sentence into a task with on-device Apple Intelligence on supported devices running iOS 26 or later. • Complete tasks from widgets and open Quick Capture from Control Center. • Reorder tasks by dragging and move time blocks more smoothly. • Clearer iCloud account status and sign-in guidance in Settings.
