In Tabula Mundi Tarot, the Fool’s Journey begins with a step into a wormhole, a rip in the fabric of space-time. Along the way, the Fool dances to the beat of the disc-jockey Magus, surfs with the Charioteer, and balances on a sword’s edge with figure-skating Adjustment.
Tabula Mundi Tarot is the work of The Rosetta Tarot’s creator, M. M. Meleen. Every card in Tabula Mundi Tarot remains faithful to the esoteric meaning of Aleister Crowley’s masterpiece, Thoth Tarot. However, Tabula Mundi is not at all a reworking of Lady Frieda Harris’ artworks for Thoth.
Tabula Mundi follows Thelemic philosophy and mirrors the structure of Thoth. Each card is painted according to the fourfold color scale developed by the adepts of the Golden Dawn, drawing on Alchemy, Astrology, and the Qabalah, often with an underlying sacred geometry grid.
As the Fool steps into the wormhole, he meets these modern interpretations of the Thoth archetypes, a vivid panorama of cognitive imagery. The Fool encounters the whole of creation with art that speaks to our time. Here are new inspiring images of the universal Tree of Life, updated for the discerning 21st century occultist.

A Brighter Thelemic Tarot deck
While most Tarots which are described as Thelemic are dark & full ofcliteral & figurative shadows, M. Meleen's Tabula Mundi is refreshingly bright and "friendly". It is, nevertheless, a deeply Thelemic tool.
I had been gifted a deck of the physical cards, and they're beautiful and actually just fun to play with (for those who know, it's the best deck for Qabalistic 8s, by far). But this was my first Tarot app, and the brightness & size of the images is stunning. Also in the app is the entire text of "Book M: Liber Mundi". And all of this is on top of all of the practical tools of the Fool's Dog Tarot appsto begin with.
I highly recommend this app, and any of the othe Fool's Dog Tarot apps for the deck you know.
Beautiful and user-friendly
This app is my favorite tarot tool. I have the physical deck as well, but I find myself using the app more often. I feel that I’ve built a connection with it that none of my physical decks can compete with.
Listening to the podcast the artist co-hosts (Fortune’s Wheelhouse) has given me a greater understanding of how the Kabbalah figures into everything. Highly recommend the app, the physical deck, and the podcast.
Daily essential
I really enjoy this app. It is simple and easy to use. The card draws are always very relatable and the illustrations are just amazing. I own the printed deck too but still use the card draws on here on a daily basis or for reference when working with the physical deck. No frills, just straight-up tarot.
