I can’t order a Mexico City sirloin on the app for breakfast but I’ve been doing it for 10 years at the location! A bit frustrating since that’s my go to taco. Sorry to nit pic but…..

Hi there. Apologies for your recent online order experience. We do not offer Mexico City Sirloin for breakfast online nor in the store. We do not have a way to ring it up before lunch hours start at 11 am. Since ingredients are similar, our team may be ringing it up at their discretion under something else and making it possible for you at the restaurant. You also may be thinking of the Frontera Fundido Sirloin, which is available during breakfast. Either way, we are so sorry for any confusion or disappointment this has caused.

Long time customer. Y’all do so much right. One thing that causes trouble is trying to find “your” taco in a bag full of many. People eat the wrong ones and don’t care. Sometimes the other people do. Not an easy problem. The numbered bag thing just doesn’t get it many times. I gave up ordering something particularly because chances are I would not end up with it anyway. Or I’d have to mangle all of them on the front end.

The food is great and the staff are always upbeat and nice. They can get quite backed up and behind on when orders say they’ll be ready. The app and website for ordering is absolutely terrible. I’ve never heard of the engine they use, but it is the worst I’ve ever encountered. It is cumbersome, annoying, and unnecessarily difficult to use. Why I’m the heck would you need to send me an email every time I try to log in to the app!? I have gone to another restaurant due to the difficulties the ordering process results in. If this would be fixed this review would be nothing but positive.
