I received am iPhone 8 which was what I asked for everything works and it was new. So far am pleased with this company. All the other ones do not offer an iPhone. Which is what I am used to. 😊

I was trying to opt out to transfer my number to different wireless carrier. Been playing tag with them for a week. All I needed was a PIN number and gave them all the information they needed. So I waited and waited nothing. Even trying to get a live person on phone is not worth my time. I was on the phone listening to their music for 2 hours with no response. Even waited for an email from them it’s like takes forever for them to respond. This company is not worth for a free phone service in my opinion. Just saying.

I don’t know about others but as for me I really DONOT recommend this service or phones. I know it’s all free but to tell me u get what u getting from the government was pretty shady. Service was really slow and the quality of the phone was bad Now as for getting help. There phone service does not work and writing a ticket and waiting for a response in a couple of days things are harder to communicate. I wud not recommend. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
