Talkfront is live chat for your website. This is the agent app — the inbox in your pocket, for the hours you are not at your desk.
Sign in with your Talkfront account and the conversations are the ones you left open on your computer. Same threads, same assignment, same history, because it is one account and one inbox.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Answer chats. Open, unassigned and closed conversations, with the full thread and the images and files a visitor has sent.
• Leave internal notes. A note has its own colour and its own padlock, so it can never be mistaken for a reply to the visitor.
• See who is on your site. A live list of the visitors on your websites right now, the page they are reading and where in the world they are.
• Get notified. A push when a chat needs you, and silence when it does not.
• Set your availability. Available, Away, or Do not disturb, so your colleagues know where you are and your evening stays yours.
• Reach us. Talkfront support is a screen in Settings, not an email address you have to go and find.
IT HAPPENS AS IT HAPPENS
Messages and status changes arrive over a live connection, not on a refresh. Open the app and it is already up to date.
BUILT FOR A PHONE, NOT SHRUNK TO FIT
Everything about the workspace, members, websites, saved replies, plans and billing, stays in the Talkfront control panel, where there is room for it. This app does the part you need while you are out.
