Choose a screenshot and TapDecode uses Apple Vision to read the visible text locally on your iPhone. It explains what the words most likely mean, points out supported choices, states what remains uncertain, and suggests a practical next step.
TapDecode works from readable text. It does not claim to understand pictures, icons, screen layout, sender identity, or whether an app, website, or message is genuine.
CHECK IT
Scam Check looks for combinations of warning signs in message text, including urgency, suspicious links, requests for money or verification codes, impersonation, unexpected international senders, personal or romantic outreach, and requests to move a conversation to another messaging app.
You see the cautious risk level, the signs that contributed to it, why they matter, and safer next steps. TapDecode never labels a message safe and cannot guarantee scam detection.

On supported iPhones, Apple's on-device intelligence can provide a clearer overview and answer follow-up questions such as:
