Really Love This App
I am so happy I found this app. I have used tapping on and off for a few years but I keep forgetting to do it, so having the app be so ‘present’ is such an aid. Clearly there has been a lot of thought and work put into this app and you can tell that when you are using it. Visually it’s gentle and restful and the colors are soothing. It’s very user-friendly and easy to navigate.
I do have a few suggestions. As another reviewer said, can you please have a ‘new’ section in the library, so that we can see when new ones are added. Also, is it possible to have the orientation change when you are on landscape mode (I am also using it on my iPad). It only shows in portrait and it would be nice if it swiveled. Lastly, I find that scrolling sideways through the different tapping meditations on my phone makes me go back and forward a lot to see them all. Could they go up and down maybe? This one is not a problem, just feels more intuitive to go up and down lol.

Tapping can help even the most skeptical
I learned tapping years ago in a treatment setting for depression & mental health. At that time I was too unwell and skeptical to take it seriously. Last year I was given a free tapping book as a gift from thrive market and decided to give it another try. I immediately loved the book and the way Nick writes about how our minds can really mess us up, even when it’s trying not to. I love his idea of a “panic sack” we need to put down (a panic sack meditation on the app would be awesome!). Since getting the book I have used tapping very effectively. This app helps me a lot more, however, because sometimes I don’t want to read along in a book, I’m too tired or anxious, and having it read aloud to me from the app helps a lot. I use the free tapping meditations for anxiety and sleep on a regular basis. They help me get from intolerable levels of anxiety/stress/worry to a much calmer place. I can tell my breathing gets better, I feel less tense. I love it and really appreciate that the ones I really need are free!

Love the Tapping Solutions
I have to say that I am in awe about finding the Tapping Solution!!! I was under so much tension by circumstances involving my family and I couldn’t relax at all!! In fact I’ve never had this problem before, I am usually happy and I always slept like a baby!! I discovered the tapping and tried the Anxiety modality and there was such a huge shift that occurred, I went to lay down and fell asleep for 2 hours straight!!!! I have been tapping every day since, I tap to relax and fall deeply asleep and I tap in the mornings to start my day with Instant Boost of Happiness!!!! I have tapped during the night when I suddenly wake up with that anxious feeling my stomach that keeps me from falling back to sleep! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!! I am Sharing with my family and my grandchildren this is amazing!!! I also have several scripts that I have been using and I’m very comfortable with them because they get to the inner core of some of my issues and they work!!!
