Our mission is to replace your planner, habit tracker, reminder app, and calendar with a single app, so you can concentrate on whatever needs to be done instead of wasting time on each separate app. We've put an incredible amount of effort into our interface, and as a result it came out clean and simple, while at the same time uniting all of Tappsk's functionality on one screen. Our pride and joy: • The home screen, on which you can see all your tasks and can edit each date with the swipe of one finger. • Forming helpful habits: they're easy to create and even easier to track. • A calendar to see your list of tasks for a particular day. • Reminders you'll never miss! Tappsk will keep reminding you of your pending task until you decide what you want to do with it. • Using your voice to record your tasks has never been easier... • Share your tasks: use any convenient method to send them to your friends and they'll automatically show up in their Tappsk. • Subtasks: create checklists and divide your tasks into smaller chunks. • An array of routine activities based on your interests: select and set the activities you do on a regular basis to appear as often as you like. • Hidden lists: eg., lists of books or movies, which will not show up on the home screen. • A logbook that allows you to analyze your task history from any given day. I've had this app for about a year or more and it has helped me so much with school, work and everyday to-dos and events. If you're looking for an easy to-do list in which you can organize things by day and even indicate its urgency, then you're in the perfect place. It even gives you a chance to categorize everything.One small thing I'd want to tweak is that when I go on one category, it still shows a dot under the number of the day for everything, which makes it a bit confusing when looking at just the one (category), but this is something very minor and does not impact how much I love it! Everything else about this app is simply perfect. Thank you for making it!

I’ve been using Tappsk for a few months, and I genuinely enjoy it. The layout is bright and colorful, which I love, and the color-coded task lists help me stay organized. I use it to manage everything from daily routines to grocery shopping and even tracking monthly expenses.While I like the app, there are a few things I’d love to see improved. It would be awesome if Tappsk could break down larger tasks into smaller steps using AI, as tasks often have many smaller components for me. The current rewards system with points and writing articles doesn’t really do it for me, especially with ADHD. I need more immediate, engaging rewards to stay motivated.Another feature I’d like is the ability to add tasks through the widget without opening the app. It would be great to quickly jot down tasks from the home screen. For habits, it would be handy if tapping on a habit in the widget allowed me to add to it directly without having to open the whole app.It would also be great to get location-based notifications. For example, if I’m at the grocery store, a notification could remind me to check my list or ask if I need to add anything. Integration with Siri or Google Assistant would be amazing, too—being able to say, “Hey Siri, add this task to my list,” would make managing tasks even easier.Overall, Tappsk is a fantastic tool, but these tweaks could make it even better for users like me who need extra motivation and efficiency.

Tech Support is Lacking

I am enjoying the app, but I find the technical support greatly lacking. I am not very technological, and had difficulty getting the app to sync from my iPad to my iPhone. I contacted technical support, and a couple of days later, received a response indicating that I had to have iCloud connection. It took me a while to get the connection to work, and when it did, it indicated that the app had synced to the Cloud. I have no idea how to get the app to sync from my iPad to my iPhone. I have reached out twice now to technical support regarding this issue, but have yet to receive a response. The app is not very useful to me on only one platform. I use it primarily for work and need to have access to it for both my phone and my iPad. The previous reviews I had read prior to purchasing the app indicated that tech support was great. Unfortunately, I disagree.

I am enjoying the app, but I find the technical support greatly lacking. I am not very technological, and had difficulty getting the app to sync from my iPad to my iPhone. With Tappsk, you also have the ability to schedule a task for every x number of days, which is something no other task app I've tried can do, and is really helpful for keeping track of medications that need to be taken every 2 or 3 days, that aren't connected to the days of the week. Tappsk is also extremely user-friendly. Additionally, the aesthetic of the app is the most visually appealing that I've come across.
