This update brings the long-awaited desktop widgets! We’ve added a heatmap widget—like a digital notebook that tracks every day. Complete a task, and a square lights up. Watch the grid gradually fill up and feel that sense of achievement! It’s both a nudge and a motivation you’ve been waiting for.

With just one tap on the homepage, enable Powerful Focus Mode to block distracting apps and return to a pure, focused environment. 2. Micro-Start Added: Getting started is always the hardest part. Say goodbye to tedious steps—let Actlite plan everything for you. If starting feels difficult, Actlite activates your brain with a small task first: touch your earlobe with your right hand, then your left hand touches your right earlobe, repeat 3 times; lightly tap your thighs 5 times with your fingers; gently touch your teeth with your tongue and notice different sensations. A “micro-task” feature has been added. When you feel stuck and can’t move forward, try giving yourself a tiny task—for example: touch your left wrist with your right hand and then switch, or gently tap your thigh five times with your fingers.
