Plan your work as cards and time each one in focused sprints. Your boards stay on your device, with no account and no ads. Task Timer is a Kanban board where every card has its own timer. Plan your work as cards, focus on one at a time in timed sprints with breaks, and let the board move cards for you as timers start, stall and finish. YOUR BOARD, YOUR WAY • Start from Kanban, Extended Kanban, Scrum or a simple list, or build your own columns • Drag cards between columns; sort each column your way • Set a card limit on a column (it turns red when exceeded) or a goal (it celebrates when reached) A TIMER ON EVERY CARD • Focus sprints with short and long breaks, or a simple countdown up to 24 hours • Only one timer runs at a time, and it stays accurate even if the app is closed • Start a timer and the card moves to In progress; complete it and it moves to Done ALARMS THAT FIT • Notifications when a sprint or break ends • Pick a sound for each event, or a sound for a single task • Vibrates when your phone is on silent, so you don't miss the end of a sprint TRACK YOUR FOCUS • Focus time per task, for today and for the last seven days • Recurring tasks come back on their own: daily, weekly, monthly or a custom interval • Clone a task, or archive completed cards and restore them later YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE • No account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking • Save and open boards as files in the app's own folder, visible in the Files app • If the app crashes, an anonymous crash report is sent so we can fix it. It never contains your tasks or notes. Works on iPhone and iPad, in light and dark mode.
