ONE TRAIL, NO RE-KEYING
Rota to attendance to timesheet to pay is a single chain here. The hours a manager approves are the hours that get paid, and nobody retypes a week into a spreadsheet in between.
ABOUT LOCATION
Location is read at the moment someone clocks in or out, to confirm they are at the site they are rostered to. TaskBit does not follow anyone between punches and never reads location in the background. Clocking still works without a fix — the punch is simply recorded as unverified.
ABOUT PAY
TaskBit calculates pay and produces payslips. It is not HMRC-recognised payroll software: it does not file RTI, P45s or P60s with HMRC.

You need a TaskBit organisation to sign in — your employer will invite you, or you can create one at taskbithr.com. Free for up to 10 people, and every new organisation gets a 14-day Pro trial. No card, no setup fee, no annual contract.
