Adding items to your list can be done one-at-a-time or in bulk. Create a list for your projects, clients, to-dos, grocery list, research, homework, wedding plans, someday tasks, or ideas you want to research later. Not out of sight, out of mind Everything is in front of you, so you're less likely to forget something. An added advantage of this format is that your lists form an inverted bar graph - some will be short and others long. If you're using the app for project management you'll know the status of each project. Flexible Priorities, new info, schedule changes. They happen. Put your finger down on time-consuming add/edit/reorder organization tools. Spend less time editing and more time moving cards to suit your workflow. Get detailed Just type a few words to create a card in your list. If you want to add more information you can tap the card and add notes or set a due date. Every app offers one time payments &/or subscriptions for services. Why? Apps are not needed on iPad, just extras to help with productivity. Many iPad features provide you the ability to DIY what most apps charge you for. That’s why I love this app! It is loaded with free features & and is easy to use. Will give 5 stars if developer makes SMS share option.

Great app! Sadly, no development in years

It would appear that the Developer has moved on. I've got several of his apps and there has been no movement of them in a very long time. The apps still work great, but just are no longer being updated or, it would seem, supported. Sad...I enjoy This developer's apps and this one especially. Use it everyday to organize my work life. Great to be able to move items around and to put color codes on things. Would like more textured backgrounds, though, and the ability to really sync with my iPad Mini. Great tool to use for teaching and to map out my day and week.Keep up the great work, Steve.

Recently promoted, I went from managing one project to five in one day. I realized I needed the ability to quickly and simply create reminders and lists that did not require a lot of overhead. This app is perfect. I even have a list for "Actively Working On" because I am interrupted so often. I quickly create a card for each task as I start it (interruptions included) and then circle back to them and easily delete or move them as each thing is taken care of. I know without this app things would be falling through the cracks. This is a great organizational tool.

The app helps me break down the project so I don't feel overwhelmed and paralyzed. First, I write down the project name and then type steps I need to take in separate "cards." The cards can easily be moved, added, deleted, and so can the boards for each project. I like that I can see all my projects (and their steps) at one glance in a very clean layout. I wish more app developers realized that less is more!
