How TaskMaker works TaskMaker uses artificial intelligence to extract structured tasks from text, audio recordings, and images — including due dates, appointments, and notes. Before saving, you can review and adjust every task. Simply select a file, record audio, or analyze an image — then create the detected tasks directly in Apple Reminders.
