THREE-TIME PERIODS FOR EACH TASK: TaskMate breaks down tasks into three periods - Safe, Cautionary, and Risky. The Risky period indicates a critical time when tasks must be completed, or protections may have expired. The Cautionary period falls in between, signaling the need to start focusing on the task at hand. COLOR AND BW CODING FOR EASY TRACKING: At a glance, TaskMate's intuitive interface shows you the period each task is in and how many days (or weekdays) remain until the deadline. Choose between landscape and portrait mode, and monitor tasks using our color or BW-coded system for quick visual reference.
