FREE FOR REQUESTERS Have a parcel to collect, groceries to deliver or something to take to another address? Post your task on TaskToDoor and find someone to deliver it for you. TaskToDoor is free for requesters. You only pay the fee you agree directly with the courier. How it works: • Describe what needs collecting and delivering. Add photos or a voice recording to explain. • Choose the city, date and time and state the fee you offer. • View couriers who apply and read their reviews. • Choose the courier you want to work with. • Discuss details through text or voice messages and follow progress. • Confirm when the task is completed. EARN MONEY MAKING DELIVERIES Want to carry out delivery tasks? See what is available, where each task takes place and the fee offered. Read what needs doing before you apply. Set your city and payment method preferences and find tasks you can carry out. You choose which tasks to apply for; the requester chooses who gets the task. • Browse available tasks and the fees offered. • Read the description and view photos, voice recordings and the requester’s reviews. • Apply and receive confirmation when you are selected. • Discuss the task with the requester. • Update progress, from collection to delivery. • Keep track of active and completed tasks in your overview. The requester pays you directly as agreed. TaskToDoor does not process this payment. Your earnings depend on the tasks available and those assigned to you. Couriers use credits for assigned tasks. Buy credit packs through a one-time in-app purchase, without a subscription. You can see the costs in the app. YOU DECIDE WHEN TO SHARE YOUR ADDRESS Before assignment, a courier only sees the task’s city. Once you have chosen a courier, you decide when to share the address: without the house number or in full. Save your addresses so you can choose them again for your next task. SEE WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH After completion, requester and courier can rate each other and write a review. Reviews become visible once both have submitted their feedback. For your next task, check past experiences before selecting someone or applying. CHOOSE WHICH NOTIFICATIONS YOU RECEIVE Get notifications about new applications, messages and your task’s progress. As a courier, you can also receive notifications about new tasks matching your preferences. Choose which push notifications and emails you receive in your settings.
