Whether you’re a player looking for a group or a group looking for a player, Tavern is here to help. Geo-located listings allow you to see who is looking in your area and what their interests are. Once you’ve found your party, Tavern is there to help you with scheduling discussions and easy campaign tracking as well.


Aside from individuals, clubs and locally owned game-stores are encouraged to use Tavern to let locals know about their game offerings as well! If it’s role-playing, or role-playing adjacent activities like TCGs, board-games, or LARP, organizations can show off what they are offering. Meet new people, try new things, play some games.


Tavern consolidates gaming in your area so you know what is out there and gives you the opportunity to connect with others.


Phase one of making Tavern an ongoing resource for the role-playing community is the Clubs & Shops Initiative! Even if you’re not looking for a group right now, you might want to again someday. So please, tell your local stores, and your local clubs, to sign-up and let the Tavern community know about their events. The more interconnected it is, the stronger this community becomes.

Tavern is truly no-strings attached free with minimal advertising. No one is going to sell your info or otherwise try to commodify your love of gaming. If it someday is able to pay for its existence with a little advertising then that will suffice as a success and it will serve as a lasting love-letter to this community from a creator who has enjoyed RPGs his entire life.
