This application is very convenient and provides so much value!
Live visitors monitoring, communication dashboard for messaging with customers, ticketing system. Very flexible customization. I am so glad that found it!

Terrible Customer Service

For a company that provides a customer service tool, they provide horrible customer service themselves. I recently contacted them to make a simple change to our account, but it ended up taking three weeks and a dozen emails and chat sessions. Their chat agents seem to be powerless to do anything, and emails to tech support are ignored. Will be looking for a different chat provider because I'm not about to spend hundreds of dollars per month for zero support when we need it.

Great Service, Great App

I tried intercom, olark and a few others Tawk is the best. I wish they had XMPP support though.
