Taxi.eu unites taxi providers in Europe’s biggest taxi community. When planning your next taxi ride, there are more than 62,000 taxis available in more than 100 cities in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Denmark, Greece, Republic of Ireland, Turkey and Serbia.
Using taxi.eu, you remain mobile in Europe’s biggest taxi community and you will reach your destination in a fast, easy and reliable way.
This is the way it works:
1. Enter your destination address!
The estimated fare is displayed!
2. Call a taxi!
Select a taxi according to your wishes!
3. Your taxi picks you up!
Track the taxi on its way to you and make the most of the waiting time!
4. Pay with the taxi app!
The full fare is displayed and you can pay comfortably and cashless!
5. Rate your ride!
Thanks to your feedback, the taxis will adapt their services to your needs!
6. If necessary, contact customer service!
Simply tap on customer service if you have a personal request!
Sometimes it is an advantage to talk to somebody in person. You may have forgotten something in the taxi or if you have a question – just contact the competent customer service. You can find the link with your ride in the order history.

Ratings and Reviews
Not as complete as some competitors
First time using this app. Setting up my account and connecting to a driver were remarkably easy. Hard to identify which taxi was mine without a cab # or vehicle license #. Driver also told me I could not use the app to pay - I had to use my credit card on site. Not sure the advantage over just finding a cab on the street...

Reliable and convenient
In Berlin, i use this taxi service as my preferred method for Prepaid/prearranged pickup. Drivers are courteous and professional and they arrive on time or early. I like to schedule my trips in advance via the app. Having a credit card on file works seamlessly. All around, in my experience it’s a great service.
App not very reliable
3 of the last 4 taxis ordered in Karlsruhe with the app showed the taxi approaching, at the pickup address and then on the way to my destination without the taxi being at my location. When I call dispatch the taxi that they send ends up being the original taxi I saw “approaching”. I can see the taxi number in the app so I know it’s the same taxi. I’m not enjoying having to call dispatch to repeat an order. I only started having this problem late January- recent app update?
