Getting back into the swing of things

I been a weekend golfer for a lot of years play when I can ,been to few tournaments to watch an listen an see if there anything I can do with my equipment to improve my game all I have come to is practice practice practice if you want to be good practice at the driving range of course but sometimes I go to a open field walk off 150 yards put a stick to aim at see how close I can get to the pin don’t have the fancy putter to much I been using my dad’s putter for all of these years I bought the Taylor made sims 2 set new it has it moments but if I could dialed it in I would be as good as I can be but it all get back to practice I love this game dosnt matter if you are young or old it never gets old new equipment always a plus but I am old school taught but overall I love it this app is taking me to the next level to be better than I was before

Great, but just “great”

This app is just missing a few vital components to be “Amazing/5 stars”…!
I love all the features like the daily short clips on swing techniques/products, personalization, & of course the coaching app if you have the “legend subscription ”.
I HATE the “on course” app…. It is so hard to navigate, there is no live location, just very complicated. I feel as if you have to have Arcoss Caddy to get the full experience.

Hey Rupert! Thank you for your response and feedback, we really appreciate your review and are glad you're enjoying MyTaylorMade+! I'm sorry to hear that you're not loving the OnCourse feature. We recently released an update with that feature fully integrated into MyTaylorMade+ and tried to streamline that process, so make sure you have the latest version and give that a try.
As for the live location, we do have that feature in OnCourse, just make sure you have allowed location services to be active within your phone settings to get live yardages and easily tag shots when in advanced mode. App has been pretty good for the most part, BUT still could use fixes

Recently updated and everything works great for the most part, but it is not registering GPS tracked round as well as closing out randomly or freezing. I have logged out and redownloaded the app multiple times. It says I have $50 worth of pts and to use them at checkout, but when I check out there’s no option for me to use the pts on my account. It states $2.13 worth of pts are expiring soon and to use those as well, but still the same issue. Have reached out to Taylormade support and hopefully they can fix the issue. Have tried checking with multiple different items in cart. Have purchased a wedge prior in the past and had no issues.

Hi Samnoung. Thank you for your feedback and we're glad you're enjoying the new TaylorMade app! I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the GPS feature. Are you trying to access previously tracked Advanced Rounds, or within round tracking, you can't get GPS distances? Please reach out to us directly at mytmplus@taylormadegolf.com and we can help troubleshoot this issue!

As for the points, it's a bit hidden and we're working on improving this. To add points, after adding your product(s) to your cart, when you're in your shopping cart, scroll down past the recommended products to the "Order Summary" section. From there, you should see "Apply ### points" and "Apply custom amount". Tap on which option you prefer to add your points, then checkout.
