Taziki's Cafe 4+

Almost every time I want to eat Taziki’s and try to order from the app, I end up having to order from somewhere else instead, usually Chipotle who is open late and lets you place an order up until right before closing time. This terrible app is making you guys lose business. Today, I tried to place an order for curbside pickup TWO hours before closing and it was trying to tell me I could only place an order for tomorrow morning AND that the signature pasta was not available on that day. I wanted the order for tonight, and it’s Sunday so I know it is available. I ended up just calling the order in this time, but hate that I have to go in and pay when I’m already in my pajamas.

I’ve gotten all the way up to pay for my order in the app, and it closes out, and I have to start all over again. I deleted and reinstalled the app, same thing. I changed my payment methods, same thing. So, I end up having to call the store, and I’m lucky if I get an answer. Phone is always busy.
A gentleman, who works there, that answered, was outstanding. He was able to explain that he understood the frustration. And that many customers have complained about the app, and the “higher ups” are in charge of the app. He apologized more than once about it.
So this one is for you, (higher ups) until you can figure out how to keep your customers and employees happy, a MAJOR update is needed.

I use restaurant apps frequently and Tazikis takes the prize for the worst one. It runs as if they paid a teenager that’s pretty good at programming to make it. When you order on the app, they give you the earliest pick up time at 25 minutes later. I pick this time, go to the drive through, tell them my name it the speaker, and then they sound annoyed that I arrived “early” for my order. Like, I’m in the drive through with boomers that didn’t even download the app and are currently ordering. Just make it now and make your app have an earlier pick up time then 25 minutes in the future.
