New app update payment issues

App was functioning was fine before recent update. However, now after update, I am unable to enter a different amount for payment reload for the account. When I try a one time payment, I receive the error that my account is not authorized for one time payments. Please fix the reload payment feature.

New version of app is a step backwards

When attempting to reload account there is no way to change the reload amount. I’m only able to add whatever the current balance is. Also unable to update/change payment methods, the default payment is a card that I cancelled four years ago and no matter what I do it will not save my current card nor delete the saved one. Thanks for this broken and busted app.

Good but room for improvement

First off, you can tell that this app does not scale to newer phones which leads me to believe it’s based on an older code base from years ago. This may be a compatibility choice but I would believe the vast majority of users are past this and would benefit from the UI being sharper and clearer on the device.

Secondly, the graphs are helpful but the scale is so vague that there is very little context between the days and values. This could be fixed by assigning a text value on the bar in the graph it self to at least represent a rounded daily kilowatt total or allowing more tick marks on the side or a combination of both.

Lastly, this is my opinion, but this seems to be a missed opportunity to possibly add links to say, energy conservation tips when it comes to winter / summer, what programs does Tri County or TVA offer to the consumer to help them use their energy more efficiently or to educate them. What are average ranges of KW/h for a typical xyz sq ft home. When should you be concerned about your energy usage? I could go on but I hope you understand my gist.

Also, you missed a great opportunity to add the outage map and other services! You should focus on making everything you offer easily accessible in one place. This is the new way of life and I believe you could garner a lot of traction with this app if you invested more into it and marketed it more. I honestly found it by accident looking at your website online within my phone.
