Fleet owners should have their own app. Drivers - their own
Hello! I have 4 trucks and it’s not the end. I can’t share my TCS app because of “cards” option in app.
I need TCS application specially for drivers- without option “cards”. I don’t want to allow my drivers to adjust their fuel cards themselves!
Fix it please! Do one more app just with “fuel finder “ and prizes.
Disadvantages of this program
At the moment, the biggest downside of this program for me is that I can't see transactions when a driver refuels. They are noted after 24 hours. And today, one of my drivers couldn't refuel due to insufficient funds. Although I can see what's on the card, I don't know if other drivers refueled. But how did this company know that there was insufficient funds? If they know that there was insufficient funds, why don't they tell me what the actual balance is?
Price is not correct
They will charge you more than the app price shows. Today they charged 40 cents per gallon more at TA Prescott, AR. If you call they blame it on fuel price volatility. Fuel prices have always changed, that’s nothing new. Funny they never seem to charge less than the app shows? Beware check your receipts with the app.
