I don’t know if you changed the app but all of the sudden I couldn’t just hit order. I we’re in the car and I had to fill out all the information that was previously stored. Almost went somewhere else. So much trouble to re-enter everything.

Installed the app after seeing it in store, got to the end of setting up an order and an account, ApplePay didn't work. It has the button but tapping didn’t continue the process. Quit and reopened, set up the order again, same thing. Checked card settings, nothing to select ApplePay, only add cards. Either there’s something missing that prevents the transaction from completing which isn’t passed to the user, or the feature is broken. Not using apps that store cards unless I have to. 🤷🏼‍♂️Please fix!

The life balance feature is cool and tells me i’ve had over 600 points in my time with teaspoon. I now only have 13 points, however I know for sure the most I ever used was 400 pts for a tumbler. I don’t recall ever using points except that for that and possibly a free drink. It’s disappointing that I’ve lost all these points. I also wish there was a clear way to contact the servicing of the app to fix this problem. Tldr: Like the new app, but lost so many rewards points that I’d rather have stuck with the old one.

The app is mostly fine, but there desperately needs to be an option to pay with gift cards. I’m a long-time Teaspon fan, and often receive Teaspoon gift cards as presents — it’s incredibly frustrating that I can’t use them on the app OR on the automated ordering machines in the store (though this isn’t the app’s fault), just directly with a barista who is often too busy to stop making drinks to take orders. Really inconvenient! I hope they fix this soon.
