Telephonio is your AI phone receptionist. Any phone, any industry, set up in minutes — no technical background required.
When your phone rings and you can't pick up, Telephonio takes over. The AI greets the caller, takes their request, books appointments, confirms reservations, answers recurring questions, or forwards important calls directly to you. You get a notification the moment something is handled.
WHAT YOU DO IN THE APP
- See live who is calling and what the AI is handling
- Read complete call logs with transcript and summary
- Listen to caller voicemails inside the app — original audio plus Whisper transcript
- Approve or reject requests the caller submitted through the AI (callback, appointment, table reservation)
- Manage your industry settings, opening hours, phone slots, team, and request topics
- Push notification the moment a call comes in or a new request is waiting for your approval
HOW SETUP WORKS
1. Sign in with your mobile number and an SMS code — no password, zero setup overhead.
2. Pick your industry (restaurant, hair salon, medical practice, trades, consulting, ...).
3. Enter greeting text, opening hours, and appointment slots.
4. Forward your phone number to your Telephonio number — done.
PLAN AND BILLING
Telephonio offers a permanently free plan. Plan changes and billing are managed outside the app, in your browser on telephonio.com.
PRIVACY
We only store what we need to run your AI: your business profile, your customer calls, voicemails, and the push token of your device. No tracking, no advertising profiling, no third-party analytics. Privacy policy: telephonio.com/privacy
