PayPhone is a new teleconferencing platform consisting of independent knowledge professionals. Whatever skill or expertise you have, or are looking for, PayPhone lets you instantly conduct a pay-per-minute video session.
Expert on-demand videoconferencing in three simple steps:
1) Share your PayPhone link on your blog, social media, email, etc.
2) Clients click your link, enter their credit card info, and the call begins.
3) PayPhone calculates the cost of the consult, based upon the call duration and your hourly rate. You receive payment within 24 hours via PayPal, Venmo, or Direct Deposit.

Simple To Use networking app
Great app for networking online. Great for consultants and tutors. Whether you need to speak with students, clients or just a platform for professional video conferencing Telework is good simple-to-use app to suit your needs.
To improve the app would be to provide more of a sense of security for users when they provide private info such as: SSN, Bank account #s.
Great idea with a few bugs
When I started looking at this app I was really excited about the possibilities. Being able to call someone for their expertise in a certain field is a brilliant way to get advice and a great way to be able to earn money from the things you specialize in or even just have experience in. It was super easy to set up a profile and set a rate. When I started to try it the app to see how it worked I ran into some pretty major glitches. When I had someone call me to see how it worked I could answer but the other person’s phone kept ringing. I could not see them and they could not see me. I tried on many different devices to make it work. Because of that issue I could not see how payment worked or anything like that. Also, I could not find where there was any place to verify credentials for, say, an electrician to verify you are getting information from an accredited person. I don’t think you need that for someone who does arts and crafts but for certain professions I think there should be something to confirm credentials. I think in later updates the bugs will be worked out. I really do think this could be a wonderful app for those searching for advice and those who have advice to give if all the kinks were worked out. If that happens I’ll definitely be back.
So handy to have right on my devices
I am pretty excited about having the Telework app. It was really easy to set up my profile and get the profile active. I have not had a call yet but it seems very straight forward. Setting up payment info was a breeze. All you need is direct deposit information.
The only part of the set up that seemed a little unclear was the About Me section. I wasn’t sure if I should use that space to introduce myself or my service so I did both. I don’t see another section to add the information and into so it worked out great.
One thing I like about this app is how easy it is to manage. I didn’t have to add the same info in different sections. Just like I said at the begging, it’s a very straight forward app to use.
It’s like having an office for consultations everywhere I go!
