I am ADDICTED to shopping on TEMU!

I love all of the sales Temu has going on at any given time. The prices are very reasonable on lots of items. You need a keen eye, as some of the "Retail" prices they list are completely outrageous, BUT if you're a shopper as I am, we know what the true Retail prices would be and we can see through them and the percentages off that Temu lists as "Sales". When shopping, know the true prices of items you intend to purchase and shop SMART. Also, remember to go back before the 30 days after you purchased the items and hit the "Price Adjustment" button and receive CREDIT instantly for future orders. They have a great Refund Policy too if something isn't what it was supposed to be or it's broken, etc. Also, can request up to 2 Refunds per Order. Be reasonable with your requests and don't try to "screw" with the Company. Be honest and explain WHY you want to return or a credit. I have had items I have Ordered and they just don't work with the projects I am making for myself, family members, gifts, charity etc. and I have no idea if or when I will ever use them. Get a refund and donate the item to Goodwill or another charity.

I LOVE TEMU! An endless number of items for everything under the sun and that you can imagine, it's there.

I was not pleased when I contacted your customer service and spend over 4 long hours - after 12 in the morning to after 4 a m in the morning and issue was not solved. When I enquired about a missing item I purchased which was not displayed on your online platform indicating I purchased the item and it is been processed for delivery. I was even told/accused that I receive the product. The follow day I investigate and saw where missing item was displayed as “in transit. Also Ontrac showed that they are waiting for the product from the manufacture. I contacted Temu Support and servis was far better than the bad experience I had previously with customer Service rep - 4
Reps one Ayer the other. However, support was not thorough in investigating the missing item. It was by probing I was told that there was a delay due to high activity taking place at the up line. Customer Support needs to offer support as the name suggest. However, all the customer rep were very professional and respectful. Honestly I felt as if I was scammed. I even inform customer rep that I would inform my bank to get back my money as well as Temu would be losing a customer.
Given the above, I receive the product and was very happy with it. You may check or revisit the conversation with customer rep and myself on Monday from after 12 a m to 4 a m. I was also told/accused that I receive the product.

Great Products

So far, I am very pleased with my orders. My husband and I have placed sever orders since last year with Tumu. I’ve only had to RETURN two pieces of clothing because of the size difference. Common sense tells us that with these cheap prices that these products are not going to be “high quality”, but I have to say that all of the costume jewelry has been AMAZING! I have also ordered a few dresses that are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Their Customer Service seems to be on top of each order. I’m sure there’s going to be mishaps with any company and shipping mishaps can and will have problems no matter where you live or what carrier we use. At the end of the day “if” YOU like the price and the quality of that product, then do what makes YOU happy! Now…if you pay for something and NEVER receive it and can’t seem to get a full REFUND…that’s a different issue. But my husband and I have NEVER experienced any type of financial issues with Tumu. Personally my husband and I only use a low balance “Crefit Card” to place online orders from companies such as Tumu incase of any possible concerns. Tumu does not charge for currency exchange fees or any other hidden fees regarding international shipping.

We will continue to recommend.
