RECORD WITHOUT WATCHING THE SCREEN - Start recording in one tap from the Record tab - A Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island shows that recording is running, with elapsed time, so you are never unsure whether the mic is on - The session also appears in Control Center - Pause and resume mid-meeting - Uploads continue safely in the background after you leave the screen, and recover if the upload is interrupted EVERY MEETING, WRITTEN UP - In brief: a short account of what the conversation covered - Decisions: what was actually agreed - Action items: the commitments made, pulled out for you - The full transcript, one tab away from the summary A TASK LIST THAT COMES FROM YOUR MEETINGS - Next steps from your meetings land in the Tasks tab - Tick them off as you go, or review what you have already completed - Jump from any task straight back to the meeting it came from YOUR MEETING LIBRARY - Every conversation in one list, newest first - Search across your meetings - Import audio you recorded elsewhere from the Files app - Share a meeting write-up out of the app BUILT FOR RESPONSIBLE RECORDING Before your first recording, Teneks explains what happens to the audio and asks you to confirm that you will notify everyone present, obtain any consent required from participants, and comply with the laws that apply where you and they are located. The Privacy Policy, the Terms of Service, and guidance on call recording laws are all linked from that screen. SIGNING IN Teneks uses an email and password account issued by your organisation. Multi-factor authentication is supported, and Google Sign-In is available as an alternative if your organisation uses it. FOR MANAGERS AND ADMINISTRATORS Teneks shows each person only what their role allows. Sales reps get their meetings, the recorder, and their tasks. Managers additionally get a home dashboard and team insights. Administrators get platform metrics and user management. System-level roles get multi-organisation views. Teneks requires an account provided by your organisation. There is no in-app purchase and no subscription sold inside the app.
