This version includes new 'Scan Code' and 'Copy' buttons to help speed up WebService URL entry. It also includes several bug fixes to improve performance, as well as UI improvements with forms.

New features - Visiting Employees can now create adhoc appointments - Admins now have the option to format adhoc visitor names in their desired format (camel case, uppercase or default) This version also includes various bug fixes & general improvements.

App forms have been changed to make usage easier for checkboxes and dropdown lists. New timeout settings added for increased customisation. Image zoom component now opens in full screen on all devices to fix issues with some devices.

SSVM Online is a new web site facility that allows visitor questionnaires to be accessed online. Visitors can now use the QR code on their appointment notification email to check IN or OUT without them having to touch the app's tablet. A new User Options setting allows Tensor.NET to restrict the hosts searchable by the SSVM app. The arrival email can now be configured to include questionnaire answers plus the visitor's captured signature. A new video question type has been added.

New features and enhancements (only available when used with v4.2.0.61 or above of Tensor.NET): 1. Visitor questionnaires - several changes to the content and handling of questionnaires have been made in this version: • multiple check IN / OUT forms can now be created in SSM. Varying combinations of check IN and OUT forms can be assigned to SSVM tablets. FID 130712. • back / next buttons are now available at the top and bottom of questionnaire pages. 2. Site pass templates - in version 4.2.0.61 and above of Tensor.NET, an additional default site pass template may be set for a specific site, overriding the default template configured in User Options. When booking future appointments, the correct pass based upon the site or general default will be assigned to visitors without a template, depending on the appointment's site. New ad hoc visitors checked in via SSVM will have their default template recorded in the same manner. #186. Fixes 1. SSVM workflows - in version 4.2.0.61 and above of Tensor.NET, when a tablet theme is configured with both Allow ad-hoc appointment creation and Only allow ad-hoc appointments set, the workflow options to handle visiting employees are now disabled. Consequently visiting employees will not be allowed to check IN using the SSVM app configured in this manner. #78.

Ad-hoc appointments - version 1.41.96 of the SSVM app corrects an issue where returning ad hoc visitors were being defaulted to belonging to a Tensor company. The app now displays the correct company details for the returning visitor. RFA 139592.

Customer RFA fixes & various bug fixe

New features & bug fixes. New features include: 1. Data retention option - in this version the Tell us about yourself page for first time ad hoc visitors has a "Store my details for future visits" option. Unticking this setting will trigger an automatic removal of the visitor's details and appointment information when they check OUT. This feature requires the archiving functionality of Tensor.NET to be configured and activated. 2. Handle site wide appointments - in previous versions the SSVM app would only list appointments for its assigned location. New settings are now provided in Tensor.NET's Unmanned tablet screen to allow tablets to list appointments for either the site or the location. Note, this functionality does not apply when booking IN or OUT by QR or barcodes. 3. Exit check IN questionnaire - the Check IN / OUT forms designed in SSM now include an option to skip to the End Form of the questionnaire for certain answers. ( 4. Auto check IN - to make checking IN easier, a new Check IN to appointment when form is submitted setting has been added to the General section of the SSM themes. When set to Yes a visitor is automatically checked IN when they complete the visitor's questionnaire. 5. Email address input - ad hoc visitors who have visited site before can retrieve their details by using one of these methods; a filtered name search, entering their full name or their email address. The tablet's theme determines which retrieval method is used. Where the email address method is not used, the input of an email address in the Tell us about yourself page is no longer mandatory from this version onwards. 6. Vehicle registration input - a new vehicle registration input has been added to the Tell us about yourself page in this version.
