Does exactly what it says. Wish there were more split options though. For my purposes I needed them to be split in batches of 20,000 but it caps out at 10,000.

Simple application that does what it says it does. I do wish it had a status bar to let you know its progress. But just wait and it will split the file. Did a great job on a 1.87GB csv file. Took about a minute to split it into 152 Flies of 10K rows each. This is a lifesaver and a timesaver.

Awesome little app for splitting CSVs. For the other reviewers that are downrating because of the 10k limit in the dropdown: you can just type in the number you want instead of selecting from the dropdown. I just did a 500k line split on a huge 106mb csv.

Some people mentioned not being able to change the # of records, but the drop downs allow you to override their standard values and enter custom split options. This was the only tool I could find to handle some of the files I needed to split on my Mac. Great little utility!
